People – Extensive expertise in training, documentation, and information technologies is only the starting point. Our people are selected to be creative problem solvers, using all of their skills in a collaborative fashion to resolve our customers' most challenging knowledge deployment issues. Process – Employing proven methods and documented processes allows us to consistently produce high-quality solutions while minimizing costly re-work. Although our processes are well documented, they are very much alive, constantly refined and updated based on new technologies and lessons learned.
